Terms of Service
When buying a commission from me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. I reserve the right to refuse a commission, and won’t draw anything harmful or offensive. If you have any unanswered questions after reading, feel free to reach out!
Payment TOS:
All payments will be made via PayPal invoices. Invoices are sent out within 24 hours of approving an initial sketch.
Invoices are not sent out until the Commissioner approves the initial sketch.
Smaller commissions, like YCHs and sketches, require payment upfront.
Payments are expected within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise. As of right now, payment plans are on an exception-only basis.
Anything after the sketch will not be started until payment is received.
Artwork & Merchandise TOS:
The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to post the commissioned work and to use the commissioned work as examples for future commissions.
The Commissioner may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, rights to the image, minting Non-Fungible Tokens, any blockchain or cryptocurrency related technology
The Commissioner may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Commissioner cannot alter the artwork itself. The Commissioner may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to the Artist.
The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works, including YCH pieces.
If the Commissioner backs out of a purchase, the Artist may repurpose any work done for other commissions or personal works
In the event that a commissioner is unreachable by ordinary contact means (email or Twitter) for a month or more, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and retain a 5% fee. If the Commissioner is unreachable for 3 months or more, a refund will not be issued. If the Commissioner is unreachable for 6 months or more, then the payment is void.
Lost or damaged items sent by mail can be replaced with proof. If the Commissioner purchases a one-of-kind physical items that cannot be reproduced, the Commissioner agrees to all risks associated with shipping a one-of-a-kind item.
The Artist may not be available to answer emails on holidays, scheduled days off work, or emergencies. If you do not receive an email reply within 7 days, I encourage you to resend your email. Occasionally client emails are lost in the shuffle or accidentally deleted. Currently, my average response time is within 24 hours.
The Commissioner must read, understand, and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to all above terms.
Turnaround TOS:
Turnaround time is between 2-4 weeks. Generally smaller projects are done within two weeks. Any change to turnaround times (due to emergency) will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
After three edit changes for a completed commission have been done, further changes may be done at cost. This is completely dependent on how much time I am devoting to your commission, in order to be fair to the rest of my commissioners and queue.
Will Draw:
-Anthro characters
-Humans
-Pets and Feral Animals, just ask about species
-420 Friendly Pieces
-Pokemon
-All Genders, sexual orientations, and all couplings welcome. I do not discriminate against sex, race, relationship, etc.
-General NSFW
Won't Draw:
-Nazi, Trump, MAGA, etc
-Machinery
-Heavy Kink
-Zoo, abuse, child pornography, babyfur, etc
You may NOT repost, trace, edit, mint, or NFT ANY art I have drawn. Anyone caught doing these things will be blacklisted from ever getting a commission from me.
